Shipping policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package size
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
Carrier selection may vary based on the order.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
The Garage Door Center is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery
- We may require photos and additional information to assist with claims
- Claims are subject to carrier investigation
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
- Customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
