Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package size
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

Carrier selection may vary based on the order.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes

The Garage Door Center is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • We may require photos and additional information to assist with claims
  • Claims are subject to carrier investigation

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • Customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
