Return & Warranty Policy
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened items only
within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must show no signs of installation, wear, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed products
- Custom-cut or modified parts
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
- Approved returns are eligible for a full refund minus original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection
Defective Products
If you receive a defective item:
- You are eligible for a full refund or replacement
- Please contact us with photos/details before returning the item
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible items within the 14-day return window
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
- Defects discovered after installation fall under warranty, not returns
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear is not covered
