W A R R A N T Y

THE GARAGE DOOR CENTER guarantees that our garage door rollers will be free from defects in materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.  The rollers should last 12-15 years and are inspected prior to shipping.

C O V E R A G E

This warranty covers only the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies to residential use only.

This warranty covers defects in materials that result in failure of the garage door rollers only.

E X C L U S I O N S

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect (lack of maintenance and lubrication).

Damage caused by modifications to the rollers.

C L A I M

In the event of a defect, THE GARAGE DOOR CENTER will  replace the garage door rollers free of charge.

To make a warranty claim, contact THE GARAGE DOOR CENTER at office@tgdc.store and provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect with pictures (required)

We've got you covered! If your garage door rollers need to be replaced, we'll cover the cost of the necessary items. However, you'll need to cover the shipping cost to get the new rollers to you. (free shipping covered, if claim is submitted within 30 days of purchase) 

We'll take care of the rest, so you can get back to smooth and safe garage door operation.

For your safety and peace of mind, we recommend that the replacement rollers be installed by a qualified professional. Improper installation can lead to serious injury or damage to your garage door and surrounding components.

While we strongly recommend having a professional install your replacement rollers, we understand that some individuals may prefer to take on the task themselves. If you choose to install the rollers yourself, please take the necessary precautions to ensure your safety and a successful installation. We recommend watching YouTube videos that provide step-by-step installation instructions and emphasize safety guidelines. Remember, you assume full responsibility for the installation and any potential consequences if you choose to proceed without professional assistance. Please prioritize your safety and take the necessary time to properly install the rollers
